The Pigeon is set during wartime. Which war? There are so many to choose from. A shell shocked soldier parachutes into unknown territory- Fear! There he meets his biggest adversary, a pigeon. O'Grady's newest offering is essentially a non verbal clown show imbued with circus and theatre of objects. A comical yet moving work inspired by a passage in Patrick Suskinds novel of the same title. The piece follows a simple narrative with fantasy and feathers to tickle your funny bones.
